Cabins.

Our cabins are designed with functionality in mind. No space has gone to waste! Our signature one bedroom cabin comes standard at 16 x 32 feet, totaling 512 square feet. Each cabin, no matter which model you choose, includes a stainless steel refrigerator, a stainless steel oven range and hood, water heater, and washer/dryer combo. We do have appliance upgrade options for an additional fee.

We do our best to source our materials from local businesses. We find these businesses offer competitive pricing and high quality products, and we love to support our community here in the valley.

Our cabins are built with the environment in mind. We use real, locally milled Montana wood for all of our floor and walls. We hand stain and seal with the best eco friendly products we can source. We use low and zero VOC paints from local paint stores.

We offer a loft upgrade that starts at $5,500, and a custom deck upgrade that starts at $5,500.

Our cabins come standard with white external and internal paint, however both can be customized, but must be specified prior to the start of your build.

Roofline can be either standard, or a modern mono slope design upgrade. This must be chosen prior to the start of your build

All cabin contracts will include a 5% material fluctuation surcharge, as the cost of materials is inconsistent. This ensures we do not need to ask for any additional unexpected payments during the duration of your build

Big Mountain Cabin Builders is Montana’s first choice builder for high quality, portable, eco conscious cabins. Our cabins are designed to be delivered to your land, and to be ready to use with simple and quick connections to utilities. We provide a way for people to use their land while waiting for construction or remodeling. Our cabins are also ideal to be used for nightly rentals.
