About our builders.

We are Jason and Madison Cardoza, Husband and Wife, owners and operators of Big Mountain Cabin Builders + Custom ADUs. Jason handles most all of the heavy lifting, and works side by side with our team of builders every day on each cabin and ADU that we build. Madison manages the logistics of design, project planning, and paperwork. Together we have four children that we school from home. Chances are, you will meet them all during the course of your build. Jason enjoys hunting and backpacking in his spare time, while Madison loves to spend time cooking and tending to our families homestead. We absolutely love getting to call Montana our home, and we love being able to provide a quality product for our community.

Jason has been the foreman of Big Mountain Cabin Builders LLC from the very beginning (previously Stillwater Cabins). We are licensed, bonded and insured. Jason knows the ins and outs of every cabin and ADU that we build - and works directly with each client to ensure an extremely smooth process. We recently branched out beyond cabins to offer custom ADUs, as we found that the valley was in need of a builder who was willing to navigate the design and permitting process, along with the construction itself. Our goal is to make the process as simple as possible. We look forward to working with you on your next project!
